A body-oriented workshop.
We men today have a dysfunctional relationship with our aggression. We hide it, clamp it down and don’t dare to let it out. No wonder. We were not taught to live wild and free. Yet there is so much good in your male aggression. Aggression is the power source for your joy of life and you can do a lot of good with its help.
In this workshop you will get in touch with your source of power. You will experience what is important to bring your male aggression constructively into the world. This will not be a “normal” workshop. On the contrary, during the workshop we will dance, meditate, get loud and be physically very active. Accordingly, we will talk less, but act more and feel more.
